Ordering Steps
Step One: Order part number M-FR500-C
- Order form must be signed and faxed
- All FR500C's will be built identical and painted white (with no stripes)
- $5,000 CANCELLATION FEE - A $5,000 cancellation fee will be charged to the account if the order is cancelled at any time
- NO RETURNS or WARRANTIES of any kind
Step Two: Order Processing
- All orders will be placed on backorder and will be released manually by FRPP
- Account must have available credit or pre-pay (via certified check) and amount to open adequate credit
- FRPP will contact the account to discuss credit, delivery and timing issues
- FRPP will contact the retail customer to discuss customer intentions and legal documentation regarding no warranty and off-road only usage
- Account will be billed once the part is produced and the order clears through Credit
Step Three: Delivery
- Shipment of all FR500C's will be F.O.B. Detroit MI
- Account must arrange shipment from Detroit, MI to final destination
- FRPP will contact account when the part arrives in Detroit, MI
- Account will have 10 business days to pick-up the part
- In not picked-up in 10 business days, order will be canceled, account will be charged the $5000 cancellation fee, and the FR500C will be given to the next waiting customer
