We offer "$10.99 FLAT RATE SHIPPING" on orders delivered by Ground Service (excluding parts over 150lbs weight limit, oversized items or truck line as noted below) to the 48 contiguous states. SAME DAY SHIPPING
Shipping on in-stock products ordered before 2pm CST Monday through Friday. Products not
deliverable by ground service are noted with each product.
Daily processing of your order does not guarantee your order will be shipped the same day it is placed.
UPS/Fed Ex Second/Next Day Air Estimated Delivery Time is the estimated number of business days in transit from Dallas Mustang.
Oversized Handling Policy
- $12.99 in addition to the $10.99 Flat Rate Fee for Oversize Orders (Including but not limited to: Leaf Springs, Bumpers, Rocker Panel Mouldings and Valances.)
- $15.00 boxing fee for all (Fenders,Hoods,Quarter Panels,Full Length Floor Pans)
Truck Line Freight Handling Policy
- Truck Line Shipping will be estimated online, you will be contacted by a helpfull representative with your exact shipping total.
- Additional delivery days may apply to some items, such as hazardous materials, custom made carpet, custom bent fuel lines, rebuilt engine parts.
- Minimum Truck Line shipping charge is $135.00.
- Truck Freight is typically less expensive if shipped to
a Commercial Business address. Freight companies charge a $55-$65 Residential
Delivery Fee, in addition to the freight cost.
Oversized / Truck Line Shipping charges will be adjusted during the packing and invoicing process.
Orders over 150 lbs or above the UPS/FedEx Standard size limits must by shipped by Truck Line.
These parts include but are not limited to fenders, hoods, quarter panels, trunk lids, bumpers and motors.
Truck Line cost will be estimated during checkout and will be a minimum of $135. Truck Line deliverers
need to be delivered to a business address. Residential deliveries will incur an additional $55-$65 delivery fee.
Customer Contact Policy
US Orders:
You will be contacted via e-mail if actual shipping cost is more than the total price of your parts
or more than $50 above the estimated shipping. You will also be contacted if there are any problems with your order.
International Orders:
You will be contacted via e-mail if actual shipping cost is more than the total price of your parts
or more than $50 above the estimated shipping. You will also be contacted if there are any problems with your order.
NOTE: *All International orders are wire transfer only
Your order will be canceled if no response is given 6 days after initial contact.
Contact Schedule
Day 1 : You are emailed about problem using the e-mail address used on your order.
Day 3 : If no response from Day 1 e-mail then you are emailed again.
Day 5 : If no response from Day 3 e-mail then you are emailed again.
Day 6 : If no response is received from any contact tries your order will be cancelled.
Pickup Only Shipping Option
We carry some items that are available for in store pickup only. These items include Windshields, Interstate Batteries and Motorcraft Batteries.
Ground Shipping Only Items
Due to federal shipping regulations the following items will only be shipped via ground shipping.
- Gas Shocks
- Struts
- Any Chemicals
- Spray Paint
Shipping Charges to Alaska, Hawaii and Outside Continental US, Puerto Rico and Guam
- Orders to these destinations must ship via UPS/Fed Ex Next Day Air, 2ND
Day Air or International Mail/UPS/DHL. The shipping charge will be added to the invoice
total and is paid by the customer. No C.O.D. shipment accepted on
any Air Shipment. Items must be under 108" (including packing material).
- Orders shipped outside the State of Texas will not have any tax imposed
on the invoice totals.
- All orders will have shipping charges added to the invoice. The shipping
will be determined by the current UPS Ground rates.
UPS Ground Shipping Times
Payment Methods
Payment can be made by using your American Express, Master Card, Visa or Discover. COD's and checks are accepted only on phone orders and walk in customers.
Sales Tax
Orders shipped within the State of Texas are subject to the current applicable
sales tax of 8.25% on all merchandise.
